Once armed, any movement of a Scout fitted Bike will trigger the motion-sensitive audio alarm discouraging any further movement and alerting the bike’s owner, both by the sound of the alarm and via a notification that is automatically sent to the owner’s iPhone (when in Bluetooth range).
Then in a scenario where a bike fitted with Scout is not where the owner has left it, it can be located using Apple’s network via the ‘Find My’ app.

I have an electric bike for a year now, fully protected with lockers (blocking the tire and a heavy one) but I was missing something and I’m glad I found this at my bike shop.
The AirTag system is cool but you guys are genius the way you implemented it to the bike.
The alarm is the feature I was missing mostly at home now I can sleep peacefully and leave my bike in the cabin.
The installation is not so easy, even the QRcode is helping a lot. I feel like it should be friendly to set up for a new version in the future maybe.
But great job overall

These things really are just a waste of plastic. I've had two and both have failed. One had water ingress despite the battery charger cover being secure and the second one failed for no apparent reason and despite following factory reset instructions to the letter. These are cheaply made gimmicks and absolutely not something you should rely on for security. Very disappointed.
Really only works when it’s still just in eye site. If you get to any further it has no signal. Gives no confidence to leave the bike unattended unfortunately.

I would say it needs more sound options possibly a custom sound option, longer battery life, & farther reach with service capability to arm & disarm.
Overall a great device 100% satisfied and has already helped me find my bike once when it was taken. Super light and very hidden. Picked my Knog Scout up at Mojo Cycling in Bentonville, Arkansas.
Really dig the new app icon too guys!
