Shipping
Shipping is FREE for orders over $50, and just $6 for orders under $6. Please note, shipping is only available to addresses in the US Mainland.
Your parcel will be sent with the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).
Orders will be shipping on the same business day in most cases, so you'll need to be quick if you'd like to change the shipping address. Email hellousa@knog.com.au asap for address changes and we'll try our best to make the change if the order hasn't shipped.
Returns

Unfortunately we don't accept returns or provide refunds if it's been more than 30 days since your order. Please see our

Warranty
While rare, some products may have faults, which is why we offer a 2-year warranty. If you think you're experiencing a faulty product you can make a warranty claim. It's an easy process, for more information please visit our Returns & Warranty page.
We cover defective hardware, software faults & factory defects. We won't cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
