Returns & Warranty

Knog stands behind everything we make, which is why we offer a 2-year warranty on all products and have a 30-day no questions returns policy for orders made on our US website (i.e. us.knog.com).

2-Year Warranty

All Knog products are warranted for 2 years from date of purchase. We will cover defective hardware, software faults & factory defects. We won't cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents. 

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please complete this Warranty Form. If we can't resolve the issue, we will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you. Do not go through the returns process (below). 

Returns Policy

If you're not satisfied with your Knog purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase, Knog will even cover the cost of the return.

Some conditions apply:

  1. Refund must be requested within 30 days of purchase (order receipt required)
  2. Item(s) are undamaged and in re-sellable condition
  3. Item(s) are in their original packaging (even if that's opened.
  4. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these conditions.

Knog’s Return policy doesn't cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.

Returns Process

Step 1: Please send an email to hellousa@knog.com.au with the following information:

  • Email subject line: US Refund Request
  • Include details on what product(s) you want to send back and receive a refund for. 
  • Attach Proof of purchase. Order receipt (or photo of receipt would be sufficient)

Step 2: A member of the Knog customer service team will email you back with a postage paid document. 

Step 3: You'll need to print the document and stick it on the parcel. Once securely attached, put the parcel in the post.

Please note:

  • Any returned item(s) are your property and remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
  • All returns must be mailed in from your local post office (we do not accept direct returns to the warehouse).
  • Please allow some time for your item to reach our warehouse.
  • Please hold onto your USPS return tracking number so you can track your order and see when it reaches us.
  • Upon receipt, a returned item will be processed by our returns warehouse within 2-3 business days. Once processed, the refund will show in your account within 5-10 business days.

How will I receive my refund payment?

All orders will be refunded to the original payment type.
