The mount is simple to use and seems very secure on my helmet, but after only 2 weeks of use, the velcro strap is already beginning to fall apart.
The Velcro strap is long and strong, and works perfectly for my helmet. But the attachment between the light and the mount is _very_ tight. It doesn’t seem to be designed to pop the light on and off frequently. I don’t particularly want to wear the light on my helmet during the day, so I find this a bit annoying. The release tab was designed for someone with the bionic thumb! Nevertheless, I’m grateful that Knog designed and sells this helmet mount.
