Got some new straps sent from the other side of the world. The fitted easily and my Blinder’s now back On The Road

Don’t forget to order the clip as well

I lost the connecting strap on one of my blinder lights so ordered a replacement. Strap fits well and came fast, but I wish it had been clear I also needed to order the strap clip as well, I thought they would have come as a set.

Silly straps

Given the age of my light, I was amazed Knog sold replacement straps. A little expensive for what they are but not ridiculously so.

je ne donne que 4 étoiles, car je trouve que ces straps sont fragile et se détériore dans le temps.
Lorsqu'ils sont trop tendu le système de fermeture se déforme et le straps fini par en sortir

Useful accessory

Good replacement straps, need to us the smallest size, depending on your handle bar, otherwise the strap can undo and fall off.

Knog bar straps

A nice looking design, but the straps are too short for different profile bars. Even on my standard canyon bars, they struggled to get around, and had no chance on the aero bars. Knog need to re-think for aero or larger bars. I ordered the long version. Im bot sure what you could use the short ones for!

Broken Blinder strap

I'm a dedicated customer of Knog lights. I think I have 5 or 6 different types of Knog lights. The Blinder Road is an excellent bike light, however the strap is already broken while riding. I use it every day in wintertime to go to work but now it seems to be that the straps are out of order. Is there any alternative to strap it around my steer while waiting to have them back in stock?

Blinder raid strap review

I have 2 blinder road lights, an old 400 lumens light that’s around 8 years old and a new 600 lumens light that’s 1 year old. The replacement strap was for the old light which had perished. The new strap fitted perfectly onto the light and I use them alternately when riding at night. Both lights are great and I expect to get another 8 years out of my original light with the new strap. Great lights, great service.
