You can opt to get the PWR Headtorch with a PWR Lighthead 1000 and a PWR Bank Small so you can get going straight away. However as part of Knog's PWR Modular System, you can swap out lightheads and PWR Banks to increase brightness and runtimes. PWR Lightheads are also programable using Knog's Modemaker app, so you can customize modes best suited to your adventures.

The lighting aspect of the torch is good enough though noticeably heavy to wear for long periods of time. The problem is the elastic headband which slackens dramatically and gets sloppy particularly with regular use. It's inexpensive to replace but a much better job could be done with it.

So . . . I purchased the headtorch and I love it. It’s so versatile. I use it for bike mechanics, vehicle mechanics, under the house ‘adventures’ and so much more.
The PWR Headtorch keeps you going when the darkness gets deep. Bright lights the way wherever you need to go. Works effectively as hands free illumination for continuing your adventures when the night comes early or the morning comes late.
I especially like it for additional light on the bike trail but also for getting back to camp after photographing an amazing end of the day or starry backcountry sky. Very versatile with options of different configurations of torch heads.
