You can opt to get the PWR Headtorch with a PWR Lighthead 1000 and a PWR Bank Small so you can get going straight away. However as part of Knog's PWR Modular System, you can swap out lightheads and PWR Banks to increase brightness and runtimes. Headband Issues

The lighting aspect of the torch is good enough though noticeably heavy to wear for long periods of time. The problem is the elastic headband which slackens dramatically and gets sloppy particularly with regular use. It's inexpensive to replace but a much better job could be done with it.

So . . . I purchased the headtorch and I love it. It’s so versatile. I use it for bike mechanics, vehicle mechanics, under the house ‘adventures’ and so much more.

Great on Trail - biking or walking

The PWR Headtorch keeps you going when the darkness gets deep. Bright lights the way wherever you need to go. Works effectively as hands free illumination for continuing your adventures when the night comes early or the morning comes late.
I especially like it for additional light on the bike trail but also for getting back to camp after photographing an amazing end of the day or starry backcountry sky. Very versatile with options of different configurations of torch heads.

Great headtorch, used it lots

I bought the headtorch strap and mount (not including battery and light fitting) only, as I already have a Knog PWR Road light. I used this headtorch a few times camping now, and its great. Comfortable, the adjustability is great. I'll continue to use it lots.

Brilliant in many ways

This setup gives you massive lumens above your eyes with a stable platform. I haven’t used it much, but I do a lot of hiking, and backcountry skiing when the daylight gets shorter in the northern hemisphere and I anticipate this little gem will brighten my trails brilliantly!!

Awesome Modular Headband Option

I only ordered the band because I got the pwr road 700 light and small battery pack. The system works seamlessly between being a bike light and a headlamp and I couldn't be happier with it so far. The band is a nice thickness and the angle of the torch mount is very adjustable and locks in place well; comfortable and functional. I also like that there is an over the head band, it's nice for keeping everything level and keeps my hair from hanging in front of the light. And once again, Knog customer service is excellent, so buy with confidence.

Really well designed. I’m excited to use it for backpacking and Nordic skiing this winter.

High quality but battery is heavy

It's a cool harness but the battery is very heavy. Don't really want to step it to my head and go running. Would bounce quite a bit

Great design.... Like the option of using PWR system for as bike light, head torch, lantern or hand torch.... with spare batteries in the dock.

PWR headtotch

The ability to program the beam is great. I can adjust the starting beam for different purposes. Down side it is a bit heavy.

Great light, keeps my hands free. Just be careful as the headtorch gets hot! Great for camping, MTB at night, etc.

Solid torch for night hikes and camping

Have been doing a number of night hikes and camps and this head torch is great. Solid build and feels like it will last forever.
The various light output options, and ability to program you own is handy for when you want a perfect amount of light for the use.
The swappable battery is great to have extras on hand, or to use as a battery bank to charge your mobile phone.
The twist action for turning on/off or changing feature is great when wearing gloves and little buttons would be tricky.

PWR Headtorch

I bought it so I can use my bike headlights for camping and fishing. I haven’t used it in the field yet but it is super secure to my head and now my great headlights can be used for all different applications.

Best headlamp

This light is so bright you can do anything better in the night - bike, ski, camp, move around or work during a blackout. Every member of our family has one. I use for night biking and skiing.

Sunshine at night

Love the torch, it is amazing on the fire trails in Winter when the sun sets really early. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to ride at night. Great visibility on the road during the day as well and the programmes work great as I have night modes and day modes.
