Spare parts pack praised for quick delivery and quality components. Customers said it's "effective, well made" and "easy to install and conceal." Pack includes wrench, screws, hardware, and silicone cover. Some shoppers want more covers sold separately as they get lost. One customer experienced app connectivity issues.

  • Easy to install and conceal and works well with Find My App! A great product.
  • Love how quickly delivery was.
  • The extra wrench was worth the cost of the spare parts pack.

Scout Spare Parts Pack

I ordered the spare parts kit just to get the longer screws so I could secure it more tightly to my bike using the bottle cage mount. It works fine!

Exactly as ordered

My only beef, I don't need replacement screws or hardware. I need a 5 pack of the silicone covers! If I park my bike at my daughters school I come back without the neon colored cover!

Interesting

I bought the Knog Scout and love it and it’s already prevented one bike theft. However I do wonder if it’s very affordable to buy the security key, couldn’t someone just order it and take it off my bike?

Love the quick delivery!

Love how quickly delivery was. Unfortunately, I still can’t access the knog thru the app and make it work.

Scout Spare Parts Pack

Pack contains parts needed.
I’d damaged a bolt and needed another
I wonder about the environmental impact of including a silicon cover in the parts pack - as its non-recyclable, better to have this as a separate item.
Pack arrived promptly. Only downside was high cost of delivery - more than the cost of the spares!

Knog Scout

Great product , just unfortunate I lost yellow cover at Rottnest. However replacement arrived quickly at a good price.

Scout Spare Parts Pack

I purchased the Scout Spare Parts Pack so that I could get a spare wrench for my bicycle maintenance bag I take along when traveling. I didn’t want to forget it in my workshop and then find out I needed it many miles or kilometers from home. Since I don’t use the bright yellow cover that wasn’t needed but the extra wrench was worth the cost of the spare parts pack.
